Good laser, delivery could be faster

I bought the LaserCube 1.2W Eco model. The product itself is great for its price point; the laser output is bright, and the software is powerful, if a bit overwhelming at first. I liked the clear instructions for getting started. My only real gripe was the shipping time. It took 9 days to get to me, which felt a little long, especially since I paid for standard shipping. Everything was well-packaged, though, and customer service was quick to confirm my order. Value for money is definitely there, but they could improve on the delivery speed.

Smooth order, great product

I ordered the LaserCube 2.5W Pro a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, no hiccups at checkout. Shipping was quicker than I expected; it took about 4 days to reach Austin after I placed the order. The unit arrived well-packaged and was easy to set up. I've been using it for some home shows and the LaserOS software is pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. The build quality feels solid, definitely not cheap plastic. I had a question about connecting it to my MIDI controller, and their support team responded within a day with helpful instructions. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. I'm happy with this purchase.

Absolutely amazing purchase

I just received my LaserCube Ultra 7.5W and it's incredible! The beam is so bright and powerful, it really fills up the space. The LaserOS software is intuitive and I was making cool patterns in minutes. I can't wait to use this for my next gig. Definitely shopping here again for accessories. My friends are already asking about it!

Okay, but some software issues

I bought the LaserCube 2.5W Pro. The hardware itself feels really sturdy and the laser output is impressive. Shipping was quite fast, arrived in 3 days. However, I had some trouble with the LaserOS Software at first; it crashed a couple of times on my older laptop, which was a bit frustrating. Once I got it running smoothly on a newer machine, it was great. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the software, but the initial hiccup kept it from being a perfect experience.

Good deal on Eco model

I was looking for a decent laser for parties without breaking the bank. The LaserCube 1.2W Eco was on sale, and I got free shipping too. It arrived quick enough, took 4 days to reach Austin. It's a solid unit for the price.

Great product, solid support

I ordered the LaserCube 2.5W Pro a few weeks ago and have been really impressed. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out within a couple of days and arrived in Austin in about a week. The setup was fairly easy, and the LaserOS software is intuitive once you play around with it for a bit. I had a question about connecting it to an external MIDI controller, and their support team responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful, detailed answer. The quality of the laser itself feels very robust, and the light shows it creates are genuinely stunning for its size. It's portable enough to take to gigs, which was a big plus for me. Overall, a fantastic piece of kit and a smooth experience.

Consistent quality, reliable store

This is my third purchase from Laser Cube. I first got the 1.2W Eco a few years back, then upgraded to the 2.5W Pro last year. This time I picked up the Battery Expansion Pack and the Laser Safety Eyewear. As always, the order processed smoothly and arrived on time. The quality of their accessories is just as good as their main units. It's why I keep coming back.

Good deal on first purchase

I was looking to get into laser shows and decided on the LaserCube 1.2W Eco. I signed up for their newsletter and got a small discount code, which was a nice bonus on top of the already competitive price. The free shipping also helped keep the cost down. The overall package felt like a good investment for a first-time buyer like me. I compared it to some other brands, and the features for the price seemed to be the best value. The purchase felt worth it, and I'm happy with what I got for my money.
